Just a note to say that as of July 2nd, 2007, SFWebmaster, as the Leader of Alpha Clan Elite (recognized by Founder plague), and Lord Rockwall, as the Leader (Duke) of Knights of Arcea (recognized by Duke Silence, Earl SFServer, and former Viscount (now HOPE Leader) killer_die), have entered ACE and KOA into a fleet alliance as a gesture of solidarity and unity in the new era of Stellar Frontier.

Awe... You noobs still playing this game... and I never regonized Mr. Noob here anything about this alliance I merely indicated you had recognized Lord_Rockwall as sovereign leader of KOA. And it's not like Starport GE, Continuum or the other games out there today are better than Stellar Frontier. Glad to see you're still around the forums though. But I don't give a shit Sounds good to me.

Wow... nice flashy pic. ^^ FYI all your pic got me was confused. Was that supposed to show you pwning in, I guess, Starport GE? Were the flashy graphics supposed to indicate SGE was somehow better than Stellar Frontier? *scratches head* If yes to either of the questions above, I'm sorry but your post didn't succeed. At least for me. The flashy graphics just got me a bit dizzy and confused.

Thats EVE online, a few hundred thousand people, graphics, music, constant game updates, no lag preventing basic gameplay from happening, dozens of ships in four different races with dozens of roles, thousands of items and skills, a player driven economy with ship production, invention and exploration in five thousand systems in the only single galaxy in the game, each of which would take a month to fly across at normal burn.
But yeah, some sprites with up to five other people sounds just like what i need right now.

Ahh, very nice. Flashy graphix to make one dizzy, constant game updates that one has to keep installing to "stay current," thousands of items and skills that one has to memorize and learn how to use (which makes playing EVE Online seem more like a tedious chore to learn than a game!), size that takes one a freaking month of what is apparently real-life time just to travel across... yeah, sounds real fun! Just depends on your perspective I guess. But yeah, some sprites with up to five other people sounds just like what i need right now. Glad you think so. ;D Look forward to seeing you back in SF man. *Slaps Gohan on back*

Who needs those pesky things like "Actual developer support" And "Bug testing" and "Conflict resoultion" and "people to play with" and "New content" and "Storylines" and "Actual gameplay"
You obviously can't comment on the state of games being better/worse to stellar frontier since you haven't heard about one of the most popular space MMOs ever.
I really can't flame you anymore, youve devoted like three years to a dead game because you have some sense of power (being the offical webmaster)
Its just insane at this point that after years of having less than ten people active on a game, because you are an "official power" that you can't let it go, and try to say a game that has millions in development and investors behind it is worse than a two dimensional sprite rotation action/reaction coded game from over a decade ago.
I spent alot more time and effort than you, making websites, making mods, learning the game, running torrents, working on the game itself, contacting doug, inviting and teaching people one on one to try and breath some life back in the game, and its just not going to work. I was involved for six years, and long before you ever showed up to pretend like you knew anyone and get off on some psychological need for superiority "official" webmaster.
SF is dead, it has been since 2004, the company cut ties to it, the nexus is gone, the gameplay is one dimensional, the code is bugged to hell, the interface is dated, no one wants to play it when there are dozens of easily available, much better entertainment out there, get on with your life, its downright pathetic.

I agree. If you dislike SF so much get on with your life - really - and quit denigrating SF and insulting those of us who still like the game.

Just like every argument anyone has ever had with you, you are going to ignore pretty much whatever is said to you, or just quote something and nitpick it distracting from the entire topic.
I said what i needed to say, and ive talked with a few other old SFers, its by popular opinion pathetic. But yeah i am obsessing over you when most of the active community from two years ago agrees you are being psychotic/pathetic.
A warning to whoever does decide to try and even play starport, dont make albert mad or skillet will hack you.
See you in two years, maybe there will be a second server, or seven people instead of six.

That's 'cuz I'm not treating it as an "argument," I'm treating it as a "friendly discussion," which is a possibility which apparently escapes you. I did not reply to much of your post because I did not want to have it degenerate into an argument or worse still, a flame war. You have your opinions, I have mine. I did not see the need to respond. I said what i needed to say, and ive talked with a few other old SFers, its by popular opinion pathetic. But yeah i am obsessing over you when most of the active community from two years ago agrees you are being psychotic/pathetic. Answer me this: why are you even hanging around here anymore and talking about SF if SF is as "pathetic" as you say? A warning to whoever does decide to try and even play starport, dont make albert mad or skillet will hack you. I don't play Starport GE, I do not know whether Skillet plays it or not, and for the last time I am not allied with Skillet[/b]. See you in two years, maybe there will be a second server, or seven people instead of six. If SF is as "pathetic" as you say, why are you even considering coming back in two years?

I really can't flame you anymore, youve devoted like three years to a dead game because you have some sense of power (being the offical webmaster) I'm new to the online community of Stellar Frontier, and I've been reading this little....whatever anyone wants to call it, and I've looked into some of the other games online....if you can call them that. I'm a college kid, so I have barely enough money to support myself, let alone an active gaming life on a computer or a gaming console, so I try to look for free games (Which your little EVE whatever is not) that are good. Despite this I only find text game after text game, and the few other games I find are so difficult to understand and with such hostile communities that its downright painful. It may be true that SF is cut off from StarDock and isn't updated, but its still a solid game offline, which I played a lot since early 2005 (yeah that's right After it was 'dead'), and add to that once I came online, while there were indeed few people here, they have been nicer to me than ANY other community I have ever been a part of, and that includes when I was part of the Save Jericho campaign earlier this summer, and they were superb people. As for Flaming, seems that it could easily be said that its not who starts the fire but keeps it going, which I may be doing by posting this, but on that other hand there stands you, whom is only here as a guest and I haven't seen online at all, so if you are so much into other games, why are you bothering to come back here? I'm honestly surprised people don't just ignore you like they have the right to. Jeez, only a couple marks against SF I have, and one of them is you, the other is those bombs that are set off at the wrong moment, which I am sure everyone has experienced.
